As they prepare to introduce new products designed specifically for business clients, they are seeking a Sales Engineer who possesses a deep understanding of technical details and has a strong enthusiasm for innovation. This essential role involves leading partners through intricate integration processes, offering initial technical support, and equipping sales teams with comprehensive product knowledge.

Key Requirements:

  • A solid track record in Sales Engineering, Technical Support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Deep understanding of API integration and a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a talent for addressing technical issues creatively and effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts simply. Proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage.
  • Demonstrated capability to work across teams, contributing valuable insights to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Product and API: Master our products and APIs to become the primary technical advisor for our partners and sales teams.
  • Integration Assistance: Guide partners through the best practices for product integration, ensuring a smooth and efficient adoption process.
  • Initial Technical Support: Offer first-level technical support to partners, resolving initial queries and common challenges to enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Support for Sales Team: Provide crucial technical insights during client meetings and sales calls, addressing technical queries with confidence.
  • Educational Materials: Create and maintain resources such as guides, FAQs, and best practice documents to assist partners and the sales team.
  • Feedback Communication: Serve as a bridge between the sales and product development teams, conveying partner feedback to inform product improvements.
