This team has successfully managed transactions exceeding $2 billion in the last three years. As they gear up to introduce several new products for business clients, they are aiming to grow their sales team. They are in search of an enthusiastic and meticulous Sales Operations Manager to refine their sales processes, execute strategic initiatives, and lead their team to meet their goals. Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to gather and interpret sales data.
  • Extensive experience with CRM systems and sales technology tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team development and empowerment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior sales leadership to develop and refine sales strategies, including defining sales territories, setting quotas, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously analyse and improve sales processes to increase efficiency, reduce sales cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the administration of our CRM system, ensuring data integrity, customizing it for optimal use, and providing training and support to the sales team.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed sales analyses to track performance against goals, identify trends and insights, and report findings to the executive team for strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement tools and resources, including sales play books, product literature, and training materials, to ensure the sales team is equipped to succeed.
  • Technology and Tools: Evaluate, select, and manage sales technologies and tools that support the sales process and team productivity.
  • Compensation and Incentive Programs: Design, implement, and manage sales compensation plans and incentive programs that align with company goals and motivate the sales team.
  • Forecasting: Lead sales forecasting efforts, providing accurate and timely projections for business planning purposes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Contract Management: Assist with the management and organization of sales contracts and documentation to ensure compliance and proper record-keeping.
