    Success Based Fee

    The fee for finding a single specialist is calculated as 12% of the specialist's annual salary (without replacement) and 14% ( with substitution of a candidate in case of unsuccessful probation period).

    RPO (Recruitment Proccess Outsoursing)

    30 EUR / hour of a dedicated recruiter + 7 % of the specialist's annual salary (without replacement) and 9 % ( with substitution of a candidate in case of unsuccessful probation period).
